Rooms were great and included fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I accidentally left a bag when we checked out and they found it and held it for me until we came back through! Great customer service
Great location so close to Denny's and a gas station with lots of amenities, right off the highway. Right off the bat the front desk staff is super kind, polite, and professional. Free cookies in the lobby were a delicious and unexpected pick-me-up. Everything on the way in and up to the room is very clean and well kept. I'm not sure how they got the 2star rating because I would say this is as nice or nicer than the 3star Holiday Inn I stayed at in Moore, OK. Would recommend.
Clean, spacious establishment with a large, accessible parking lot with plenty of spaces to choose. Attentive staff. Fitness center for guests to use. There is a guest laundry on site, but it was unfortunately inoperable when we visited. Large room with functional furniture. King sized bed for a good night’s rest. Our view of the New Mexico landscape was beautiful.
Didn't like that the elevator didn't work, the lobby tv didn't have volume and the fireplace wouldn't turn off. Staff was great though. Needs better towels
Conveniently located with great parking and nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff and I can highly recommend this place. Had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel on my way going east and every thing worked very well. Nice breakfast with steaming hot coffee in the morning (OK, not one of those European coffees but still a nice one ). Had a great time at this Holiday Inn.
This was our first visit to this HIEpress. Well worth every penny. The first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled. The staff were so nice, & by chance our room was upgraded. The table to eat or enjoy coffee was nice. But a couch and coffee table especially relaxing after a long day driving from CO. So thanks. They have 2 new coffee machines that grind the beans & make a delicious cup of Costa Coffee tm. Too strong add some delious water in the hall. Everyone was so professional and friendly. On the road take time to stop in.
Stayed here for the weekend. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Didn't get a chance to check the breakfast or workout room though.
Did you ever see, "My Cousin Vinnie"? Be sure to ask for an odd numbered room. Even numbered rooms face the BNSF rail tracks, and they run all day and night. The room was fine. The shower head could use a few minutes in some CLR. Comfy bed, third floor, good view. Plenty of parking. The microwave faces the bed, and has an annoying bright light. I created a cover for it from the door hanger. Nice hack. All of the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly.
